Hire a Live Illustrator

If you’re searching for something unique for your wedding, bridal shower, store launch, corporate event (the list goes on…), you’ve come to the right place. Live guest sketches bring an interactive element to any special occasion while leaving guests with a keepsake they can treasure for years to come.

Our live illustration experiences are tailored to fit whatever your needs are. Whether you are looking for team giveaways at corporate holiday parties, favours for an engagement party or a glamorous event - a live illustrator will surely get the crowd talking and excited.

  • Each booking is tailored specifically to your event and to help work within your budget. We have style options available.

    Currently, our most popular style is the our hand drawn illustrations. We use watercolour/acrylic marker and they take approximately 4-7 minutes per illustration.

    However, we are also accustomed to working with digital styles — from line drawings to full detail.

    Default packages include 5×7 inch thick cardstock for hand drawn sketches and 4×6 inch photo paper for digital illustrations. If you would like to go bigger or smaller, just ask and we can accommodate (pricing may change).

  • Watercolour/acrylic illustrations are created using paints and acrylic markers. We’ll take a picture of each guest that wants an illustration and use that as a reference photo.

    Digital illustrations are drawn on an iPad. At the event, we’ll take a picture of each guest(s) that wants an illustration and then draw the illustration on the iPad.

  • Send us an email or book a 15 minute call to discuss your wedding/event and what you’re looking for. We’ll chat vision, different options, and budget. A deposit is required to “save the date” and the remaining balance is due the day of the event.

  • Remy is the founder and principal artist at Yaelly Designs. However, we currently work with a roster of talented and professional artists for larger gatherings or events that we’re not available for. You also have the option to book an assistant to help the artist with flow and ensure all guests get the best experience.

  • We require a minimum two hour booking. Generally, our maximum is 6 hours per artist. If you gathering requires more than 6 hours, we highly recommend booking multiple artists which we can facilitate for you.

  • Each of our packages are tailored towards your needs including guest size, location, and event type. Letting us know your budget ahead of time helps us provide the best options for you.

  • Travel fees are dependent on how far the location is from Toronto, Ontario. We are proud to announce that we are offering this service for destination weddings and locations outside of Toronto.

  • My work spans across private, corporate, and celebratory events (weddings, bridal showers, holiday parties, engagement parties). We are always looking to support clients who want to add a thoughtful, artistic layer to their experiences.
